We’re excited to announce a new addition to the Christopher Commercial team—Jared Rogers, who joins us as a seasoned commercial real estate professional with over 25 years of experience.
Jared brings a unique owner’s perspective to every transaction, having spent his career not only in brokerage, but also investing in and redeveloping properties of all sizes and types—from 700 sq ft retail spaces to 900,000 sq ft industrial parks. His hands-on experience enables him to guide clients through the full life cycle of a deal with confidence, clarity, and long-term value in mind.
At Christopher Commercial, Jared will focus on helping investors, developers, and business owners buy, sell, lease, and reposition properties throughout the Triad and beyond. His recent work includes the transformation of the 1929 Coca-Cola bottling plant into Salem Bottleworks - a thriving mixed-use community hub.
Beyond real estate, Jared is a dedicated community advocate. He volunteers with Senior Services and serves on the board of City With Dwellings, a nonprofit working to end homelessness in our community.
