Cindy Christopher has specialized in tenant and buyer’s representation and agency/ landlord work for over 30 years throughout the Piedmont Triad region.

She began her career with the national firm of Cushman & Wakefield before joining Meridian Realty Group and Commercial Realty Advisors.

She is a graduate of Wake Forest University and has spent most of her professional career in commercial real estate. Her focus is leasing, site selection, income properties, and acquisition & disposition of commercial real estate specifically within the office, retail, and healthcare industry.

She has also worked on several mixed-use projects, repurposing urban projects involving tax credits.

Within the Winston-Salem community, Cindy has also been actively involved as a founder of the Children’s Museum and the Komen Race for the Cure as well as Past President of the Junior League of Winston-Salem.
