Cindy Christopher





Cindy Christopher has specialized in tenant and buyer’s representation and agency/ landlord work for over 30 years throughout the Piedmont Triad region.

She began her career with the national firm of Cushman & Wakefield before joining Meridian Realty Group and Commercial Realty Advisors.

She is a graduate of Wake Forest University and has spent most of her professional career in commercial real estate. Her focus is leasing, site selection, income properties, and acquisition & disposition of commercial real estate specifically within the office, retail, and healthcare industry.

She has also worked on several mixed-use projects, repurposing urban projects involving tax credits.

Within the Winston-Salem community, Cindy has also been actively involved as a founder of the Children’s Museum and the Komen Race for the Cure as well as Past President of the Junior League of Winston-Salem.

Marilyn Beaver is a highly accomplished marketing consultant with more than 15 years of experience in corporate marketing across various industries, including education, hospitality, and manufacturing.

Throughout her career, Marilyn has honed her abilities to analyze market trends, identify target audiences, and develop innovative strategies that maximize brand visibility and drive business growth.

Having built a solid foundation in the marketing world, Marilyn is now embarking on an exciting new chapter, where she is merging her professional expertise with a long-standing interest in commercial real estate.

A North Carolina native, Marilyn grew up in the Triangle and decided to make Winston-Salem home in 2022. Outside of her professional pursuits, Marilyn enjoys exploring everything that Winston-Salem has to offer.
