Cindy Christopher
ABOUT CINDY
Cindy Christopher has specialized in tenant and buyer’s representation and agency/ landlord work for over 30 years throughout the Piedmont Triad region.
She began her career with the national firm of Cushman & Wakefield before joining Meridian Realty Group and Commercial Realty Advisors.
She is a graduate of Wake Forest University and has spent most of her professional career in commercial real estate. Her focus is leasing, site selection, income properties, and acquisition & disposition of commercial real estate specifically within the office, retail, and healthcare industry.
She has also worked on several mixed-use projects, repurposing urban projects involving tax credits.
Within the Winston-Salem community, Cindy has also been actively involved as a founder of the Children’s Museum and the Komen Race for the Cure as well as Past President of the Junior League of Winston-Salem.

Jared Rogers
With over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate—including brokerage, investing, and redevelopment—Jared Rogers brings an owner’s perspective to every client he serves. At Christopher Commercial, he specializes in helping investors, developers, and business owners buy, sell, lease, and reposition commercial properties with long-term value in mind.
Over the course of his career, Jared has raised capital, leased, managed, rehabilitated, and sold properties ranging from 700 sq ft retail spaces to 900,000 sq ft industrial parks. This personal, hands-on experience provides him with insight that goes beyond the numbers, enabling him to help clients uncover opportunities, avoid pitfalls, and structure deals with confidence.
Whether identifying the right investment, evaluating adaptive reuse potential, or navigating complex rezoning processes, Jared approaches each project with the mindset of someone who has been there. His recent work includes Salem Bottleworks—the transformation of a historic 1929 Coca-Cola bottling plant into a vibrant mixed-use community hub.
In addition to his professional work, Jared is dedicated to community service. He has been a long-time volunteer with Senior Services and currently serves on the board of City With Dwellings, a nonprofit committed to ending homelessness in the community.

As a marketing professional, Marilyn has a proven track record in managing integrated marketing campaigns and driving results across diverse sectors, including commercial real estate. Her experience spans everything from content creation and digital strategy to client relationship management and sales enablement, always with a focus on driving growth and delivering measurable outcomes.
After building a solid foundation in the marketing world, Marilyn transitioned from the corporate world to consulting, which has enabled her to combine her expertise with long-standing personal passions, including real estate, writing and publishing, and business development.
A North Carolina native, Marilyn grew up in the Triangle and now lives in Winston-Salem, but escapes the summer heat every year in Michigan.
