Cindy Christopher has specialized in tenant and buyer’s representation and agency/ landlord work for over 30 years throughout the Piedmont Triad region.
She began her career with the national firm of Cushman & Wakefield before joining Meridian Realty Group and Commercial Realty Advisors.
She is a graduate of Wake Forest University and has spent most of her professional career in commercial real estate. Her focus is leasing, site selection, income properties, and acquisition & disposition of commercial real estate specifically within the office, retail, and healthcare industry.
She has also worked on several mixed-use projects, repurposing urban projects involving tax credits.
Within the Winston-Salem community, Cindy has also been actively involved as a founder of the Children’s Museum and the Komen Race for the Cure as well as Past President of the Junior League of Winston-Salem.

Tabitha Tisdale has been investing in commercial real estate throughout Winston-Salem since 2012 and has grown her own real estate investment company, Grimshaw Properties. Her invaluable experience self managing her portfolio of properties will provide investment buyers and sellers first hand knowledge of the market. Tabitha's experience allows her to assist clients with investment properties, commercial leases, acquisitions and dispositions. She is passionate about helping other investors build their portfolio in order to build a legacy for their families, businesses, and the surrounding community.
A graduate of the University of Virginia, Tabitha's prior experience includes working in the financial services industry as a broker and a wholesaler in the bank investment channels at Wachovia and First Union. While taking time out of the workforce to raise her three children, Tabitha volunteered on pre-school boards, PTAs, and on the Carolina Center for Cognitive Rehabilitation, a local stroke rehabilitation program. She opened Grimshaw Properties when her youngest entered Kindergarten.
A native of Winston-Salem, Tabitha lives with her husband and three children. In her spare time, she enjoys working out, reading and spending time with friends and family.
Margaret Dickerman is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America with a Bachelor's Degree in Culinary Arts Management. Upon graduation, she worked as the General Manager of Mellow Mushroom Winston Salem & Greensboro for seven years.
She then decided to open her own business, a specialty women's clothing boutique, and gained amazing insight into small business ownership. She is excited to join Christopher Commercial as Marketing & Operations Manager and to impact the Winston-Salem community.
Margaret is an active member of Junior League Winston-Salem. In her free time she enjoys running, cooking, and spending time with her husband and their son.
Madeline is a Winston-Salem native with experience across multiple fields including hospitality, event planning and management, theatrical performance and production, and education. After several years living and working in New York City and abroad, in 2020 she relocated back to Winston where she co-owns Ginger Fox Beverage.
Experience investing in local real estate and marketing a new business has lead to consulting with Christopher Commercial, where she is excited to contribute to the development of the city that keeps turning back into home. Her marketing philosophy is rooted in storytelling and creative problem-solving, as well as organic and adaptable communication.
Madeline holds a degree from UNCSA in Drama and is an alum of Parkland High School.
