These former tobacco leaf warehouses built in 1910 & 1912 can be leased as-is for unconditioned warehouse space or transformed for industrial uses that highlight its timbers and exposed brick walls. The city has plans to extend the Long Branch Trail up to 25th Street in the near future connecting the area to Innovation Quarter, Bailey Park downtown and Research Parkway.
